2. Cancellation Procedure:

  • To cancel or modify a reservation, customers must contact our customer service team by phone or email. Please provide your booking details, including the date, time, and name(s) of the participants.

  • Cancellation requests sent outside of our business hours will be considered received on the following business day.

3. Refund Policy:

  • If a cancellation is made within the designated cancellation window, customers will receive a full refund.

  • For cancellations made after the cancellation window, Imagine that outfitters reserves the right to retain a cancellation fee. The fee amount may vary based on the specific tour or activity booked.

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to process, depending on the customer's bank or credit card provider.

4. Changes to Reservations:

  • Depending on availability, changing the date or time of a reservation may be possible without any additional charges.

  • For changes requested within the cancellation window, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Additional fees may apply for last-minute changes.

5. Weather Conditions and Force Majeure:

  • In the event of adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), Imagine that outfitters reserves the right to cancel or modify tours for the safety and well-being of our customers.

  • In such cases, customers will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

6. Group Bookings:

  • Group cancellations or modifications may have additional terms and different cancellation windows depending on the size of the group and the nature of the activity. Please contact our customer service team for more information.
