Third Time IS the Charm

With a few days off in between Devils River trips, the crew saw a window of opportunity to tug heavies on one of the best fisheries in the Texas Hill Country, the San Marcos River. We found this fish bedding up in the spawning phase in a shallow patch of Lilly pads. After missing her twice, Tyler looked at the guys and said, “Third time is the charm, right?” … this Largemouth slab agreed and gave Tyler another chance which paid off with his biggest bass of the Spring season so far! LET’S GO!!!
